What Happened to the QAA Token?


The QAA token is no longer actively traded on public exchanges. Due to regulatory and operational challenges, the original token structure was discontinued.


However, this does not mean your investment is lost. We have retained records of all original investments and are now processing refunds based on the value of your initial contribution—not the current token price.


Your refund will be calculated based on the total amount you invested, and will be paid out in USDT.

Why Is There a Reactivation Fee?


The reactivation fee is a standard security measure required to unlock your account on the new withdrawal portal.


When the original Qommodity platform was shut down, all accounts were placed in a dormant state for security reasons. To protect your funds and ensure they are released to the correct person, each account must be individually reactivated before any withdrawal can be processed.


The fee covers the following:


- Identity verification against our original records

- Database retrieval of your investment history

- Secure activation of your withdrawal function

- Processing and transfer of your refund in BTC or USDT


How Much Is It?


The reactivation fee ranges from €500 to €1,000, depending on the total value of your investment. Higher balances require more extensive verification and processing.


Is It Refundable?


Yes. The reactivation fee is fully refundable. Once your account is activated and your refund is processed, the fee will be returned to you together with your full refund amount.


It is not a cost—it is a temporary security deposit.
